Bug fix

Fix psarc entry size mismatch error for small entries stored in uncompressed blocks (e.g. compatibility pack DLCs). The last block of a small entry could read a full 64 KB raw block, causing a spurious size validation failure. The reader now truncates to the declared entry length instead of requiring an exact match.
