• New and Recently updated on Explore. Two new rows show apps that just joined the catalog and apps that shipped a new version.
• See all. Opens the full New or Recently updated list, in the same order as the row.
• Accurate ordering. "New" is ordered by when an app went live in the catalog. "Recently updated" is ordered by its latest stable release, not by its last code push. The same applies to the Newest and Recently updated sorts in Browse and Search.

This release makes installs more reliable, and when one fails it tells you why.

Installation flow

• Downloads start right away. Yuki now downloads apps itself instead of handing them to the system download manager. On some phones, especially warm or busy ones, installs used to sit on a spinning bar and never start.
• Waiting installs are visible. An install that hasn't started yet shows "Waiting…", and you can cancel it.
• No more stuck installs. A download that stops making progress, an install prompt nobody answers, or an unexpected error now ends the install cleanly. Before, it could stay stuck.
• Cancel works while Android is asking for confirmation. Cancelling at that point now cancels the install.
• Confirmation reaches you in the background. If Android needs you to approve an install while Yuki is in the background, you get a notification to tap.
• Updates behave like any other install. Updates started from the Updates screen now get the same progress, retries and error messages.

Better error handling and messaging

• Errors appear at the bottom of the screen. A failed install shows a message with a Retry button, instead of a small badge on the install button.
• Messages name the actual problem. For example: the release is no longer available, the server couldn't provide the file, there's no connection, storage is full, the APK is corrupt or unsigned, its signature doesn't match the app you already have, or the Shizuku connection was lost.
• Missing install permission is caught early. If Yuki isn't allowed to install apps, it tells you before downloading and takes you straight to the setting.
• No pointless retries. Yuki no longer retries downloads that can't succeed, such as a release that has been removed.

Polish

• File sizes, star counts, ratings, download percentages and release dates now use your language and region's formatting.
• All app text has been moved into translatable resources, ready for future translations.
• Settings only lists the notification permission on Android 13 and later, where it exists.
• The featured row on Explore scrolls more smoothly, and its loading placeholders fit correctly in split screen.
• Updated libraries.
