Changes:

• Save MIDI port name instead of ID
  This fixes an issue for machines with changing MIDI IDs (e.g. on plugging or unplugging a MIDI hardware device). Selecting the MIDI port via its name makes it independent of other MIDI devices present on the system.
• Re-open MIDI port after selection in the config dialog
  Previously TotalKeyMix had to be restarted after selecting a MIDI port in the configuration dialog for the setting to take effect. Re-open the MIDI port now when the dialog is closed, so that the newly selected port is immediatly used.

• Add possibility to run multiple instances
  The config file can now be passed as a command line argument to TotalKeyMix. This makes it possible to start multiple instances of the app using different configurations, e.g. one for the main volume and one for the headphones volume.

• Compiled using 1.1.33.10 version of AutoHotKey (ANSI). An .exe compiled using 1.0.48.05 compiler is included in case the new compiler incorrectly triggers virus detection.
• Created a larger icon included in the .exe file.
