BandEar v0.2.0

MixLink is now BandEar 🎧

Same app, new name and a new logo.

• New identity: BandEar app name, icons for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android, and a fresh look in the console.
• Your desk comes with you: on first start the desktop app copies your MixLink sessions, mixes and backups. Takes in the old MixLink\Recordings folder stay where they are.
• Phones: the Android app installs as a new app (BandEar). Install it, then you can remove MixLink. Old and new versions still find each other on the network.
