Hey Jeff 🙂 Have you tried checking the StreamMaster logs? There might be a hint there. Though if you do see a succeful connection on the HDHR logs, then that is a little bizarre how you then don't see any content. When using the "Default" profile, StreamMaster would stream from the HDHR internally, then re-distribute that data to the device connecting to StreamMaster. Using "Redirect" would tell the device connecting to StreamMaster to be sent elsewhere. Both of these profiles should be the most simple/less error prone profiles to use. Given that the redirect profile doesn't work (which would bypass StreamMaster). I wonder if there's something network specific causing the problem? I'd suggest avoiding Plex to test at the moment, as Plex brings a lot of its own problems. Try to take the M3U / stream links from StreamMaster and play them in VLC. |

Hi Carl,
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I did check logs (didn't see anything useful) with the HD HomeRun and on the StreamMaster side. Nothing stood out.
Tried from a couple different computers to rule that out. It doesn't seem to be a network issue, but I suppose it could be. Just wierd why StreamMaster and the HDHR both think it is playing. Just no picture.
Anyways, I have given up on the HDHomerun playing though StreamMaster and have gone to an IPTV stream in the StreamMaster. That works so much better.
Thanks for the help!
Jeff

Added my HD Homerun to StreamMaster and it sees the device and reads all the channels available. I have tried a command profile of default and redirect and cannot get any video when playing a channel in StreamMaster. I can see the tuner successfully tune the channel and the stream in the HDHR logs. I can't get Plex to play the channels either. Is this because I am missing something in the docker image that is running StreamMaster?
