New in the release (2.0.0):

1. Restructure package only for cell type classification: Functions for single-cell data analysis at sample level contained in an additional package scooter.
2. Add layer3 of granularity using gene programs (i.e. cell cycling, IFN-response, HSP-response) scoring on other layers classification.
3. New function to infer the sex both at sample and cell level infer.Sex().
4. New function to evaluate the broad cell type classification based on marker genes: plot.geneGating().
5. Available reference maps with reduced number of cells (Seurat sketching) offering much faster layer2 classification. To be retrieved using ProjecTILs::get.reference.maps().
