scIntegrationMetrics

Implements a collection of metrics to evaluate scRNA-seq data integration quality, including LISI, per-cell type LISI (CiLISI), and silhouette average width (ASW).
This package is an extension of immunogenomics/LISI; it adds new metrics and can be applied directly on Seurat objects. For a description and motivation for the new metrics see sections below and refer to Andreatta et al. (2023) bioRxiv preprint.
