chore: update machine guest tools 0.18.0

Summary

This pull request updates the installation of machine-guest-tools across all language-specific Dockerfiles to use version 0.18.0. It also updates the expected SHA512 checksum for the downloaded .deb package. That will keep consistency through the Stack.

PS: The goal is the 0.18.0 (stable). However, I will be following the below PR and set what rollups-node will be using to the next 2.0.0-alpha.13

I added a build --verbose at ad8fb3e but I think it's ahead of its time, since we dind't have a cartesi/cli release with this --verbose option.

Like already commented, the --verbose usage is ahead of its time, since we don't have a cartesi/cli release that's ready to use it.

But I think it's not much of a problem to push it.

Not a problem. The --verbose flag exists in the current alpha 35; it just doesn't change the progress=quiet.
