Devnet: CI tests for erc-4337  deployed contracts

## 📚 Context

At the moment the CI is executing just the `build` script for devnet package. Once we have the erc-4337 local-development back it would a good start to have a initial set of tests to check if the expected contracts are deployed on devnet [i.e. 31337]
