This alpha release updates the sequencer, canonical machine images, and watchdog as one versioned bundle.

Highlights

• Add public fee quotes, user nonce lookup, signing-domain discovery, and an OpenAPI definition.
• Add versioned application history, historical replay, and checkpoint compatibility across recovery generations.
• Add reusable C application bindings, a native engine host, and wallet conformance examples.
• Strengthen runtime ownership, startup admission, shutdown, recovery, and snapshot publication and export checks.
• Rewrite the watchdog around canonical host semantics, durable checkpoints, digest comparison, and latched divergence incidents.
• Update to Cartesi Machine v0.21.0 and rollups contracts 3.0.0-alpha.10.

Compatibility and operation

This release includes breaking application, runtime, history/subscription, storage, and watchdog changes. Treat upgrades from alpha.9 as an integration migration; existing data directories and checkpoints are not promised compatible. Review the application contract, history API, recovery guides, and watchdog operator documentation before upgrading.

The wallet application remains a development placeholder. Public ingress and internal egress currently share a listener; internal state and snapshot routes must remain inaccessible publicly. Remaining QA and capacity work is tracked in docs/review/register.md.

Use matching sequencer, watchdog, and canonical machine artifacts from this release. The release manifest records the source commit and toolchain pins; SHA256SUMS covers downloadable assets.
