  • Breaking: Dictionary keys now retain newtype tags. Tagged and plain keys with the same backing value can name separate entries; iteration preserves the tags.
  • Breaking: JSON and BSON reject tagged document keys. Cast keys to plain strings before encoding.
  • Made newtype identity depend on declared type arguments, not the caller's generic scope.
  • Raised the minimum Rust version for source builds to 1.99.
