ChimeraX bundle for calculating and visualizing an approximate
ion-channel pore centreline and radius profile.

• Creates a separate ChimeraX model for every channel-map calculation.

• Adds numerical suffixes for repeated maps.

Installation

1. Download and extract ChimeraX-ChannelMapper-1.2.1.zip.

2. In ChimeraX 1.12, change to the extracted directory.

3. Run:

   devel clean .

   devel install .

4. Restart ChimeraX.

5. Run help channel_map.
