Please prefer v0.19.0 to this release, as v0.18.0 has a challenge with authentication to the registry when credsStore Docker functionality is used.

• Allow authenticating via IaaS metadata services #202
• The authentication env var IMGPKG_REGSISTRY_HOSTNAME is now more permissive #235
• An error is returned if an image reference contains a scheme (http/https) #214
