ServiceRadar v1.4.55
Plugin package details open correctly again, including manifests
with credential profiles and timezone-aware timestamps. This
release also adds alert-rule and telemetry JSON:API endpoints,
restores inventory tag display, and fixes upload and identifier
lookup errors.

- Plugins Manager: fixes the View/details rendering crash by
passing the authenticated user scope into the details modal.
Synthetic regression coverage exercises credential profiles
and timestamp rendering. - Inventory: displays device tags in sorted, read-only chips in
inventory tables and device summaries, including key-only tags. - JSON:API: adds stateful alert-rule list, read, create, update,
delete, and enabled-rule endpoints, plus bounded read-only
telemetry collections and refreshed OpenAPI documentation.
Reads require viewer access; writes require operator access.
OAuth token scopes remain unenforced in this JSON:API pipeline;
restrict the credential owner's role to limit access. - Web: fixes filename sanitization for accepted uploads and
preserves typed MCP authorization and not-found errors.
Restores copy buttons for generated API credentials. - Identity: fixes persisted device-identifier lookups while
preserving identifier-type and partition matching. - Quality: maintains narrow Dialyzer exclusions and isolates
generated PLTs from Bazel source inputs. Documents conditional
