Fixes a bug where the plugins settings page wasn’t displayed when there were plugins registering submenu pages, but no plugins registering top-level pages.

At the time of this release, the plugin has been tested on only a few live websites and with a relatively low number of third-party plugins.

⚠️ Make sure you test this release with your intended WordPress setup in a safe environment first.
