v0.2.3: Selection Outline Hotfix

Fixes a regression from v0.2.2 where selection outlines would stretch and render incorrectly, especially at negative world coordinates.

Changes

• Selection Outline Fix: Fixed outlines going haywire when using Clone, Stack, or Smear tools — lines would extend far beyond the selection boundary. Caused by incorrect bounding box initialization when block coordinates were negative.
