Folia fork 2.15.8: fix server hang when editing tile entities on Paper

Any edit that wrote tile entities (chests, signs, //undo of such an edit, ...)
hung the server on Paper and got it killed by the watchdog.

The adapters detected Folia by looking for the RegionScheduler API class,
which Paper ships as well, so on Paper they took the Folia path: schedule the
tile-entity write onto the region scheduler (which on Paper is the main
thread) and then block the main thread waiting for it, 30 seconds per tile
entity.

• Detect Folia with FoliaSupport.isFolia() (RegionizedServer), in the
  1.21.11, 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 adapters.
• On Folia, write in place when the current region already owns the chunk
  instead of scheduling onto ourselves and waiting.

Tested: set 256 chests, overwrite them, //undo restores all 256, on Paper
26.3, Folia 26.2 and Folia 1.21.11.

Folia fork 2.15.7: restore the FastAsyncWorldEdit plugin name

The plugin is named FastAsyncWorldEdit again and provides WorldEdit, matching
upstream. Since 2.15.2 it was named WorldEdit (providing FastAsyncWorldEdit),
which made CoreProtect reject it ("Invalid WorldEdit version found") and skip
logging WorldEdit edits, so they could not be rolled back.

Note: the data folder moves back to plugins/FastAsyncWorldEdit. If you ran an
earlier 2.15.x fork release, move your config and schematics over from
plugins/WorldEdit.

Same Minecraft range as 2.15.6: 1.21.11 - 26.3 (Folia on 1.21.11, 26.1.x
and 26.2). Tested on Paper 26.3 and Folia 26.2 with CoreProtect 24.1.

Folia fork 2.15.6: Minecraft 1.21.11 - 26.3 in one jar

Supports Paper and Folia on 1.21.11, 26.1.x and 26.2, and Paper on 26.3
(there is no Folia 26.3 build yet; the 26.3 adapter already carries the
Folia changes for when it lands).

• Merged upstream FastAsyncWorldEdit main, including its 26.2 support.
• Merged upstream's 26.3 work (IntellectualSites#3661
  and the 26.3 BlockTypes from IntellectualSites#3647).
• Folia adapter changes applied to the 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 adapters.
• Releases now ship the all-adapter jar (FastAsyncWorldEdit-Folia-.jar)
  instead of a 26.1-only jar.

Tested with //set and //count on Folia 1.21.11, Folia 26.1.2, Folia 26.2
and Paper 26.3.
