• ⚠️ Start confirmation for browser-dependent timers (#11). In direct-control mode (Automation Link off), starting a timer shows a confirmation that the device is switched off from the browser and won't turn off if no dashboard is open. Choose Cancel or Start anyway.
• ⚠️ Editor warning for direct-control mode. Turning Automation Link off now shows an inline warning in the card editor, pointing to the timer.finished automation path for unattended use. Automation Link remains the default for new entities.

Fixed

• 🐛 Recovery after the browser was closed (#11). Direct-control timers that finished while the tab was closed — or after the Android companion app restarted — now switch the device off when the dashboard is reopened. The shared-switch guard and off-debounce are respected.

Note

• For guaranteed switch-off with no client open, use Automation Link on together with a timer.finished automation (see the editor's Help panel). A frontend card cannot run while the browser is closed — direct-control mode is best-effort by nature.
