Per-card "Don't show again" on the start confirmation. When a timer runs in direct-control mode (Automation Link off), the start confirmation now includes a "Don't show again for this card" checkbox. Tick it and press Start anyway, and that card won't ask again. The choice is stored locally (not written to YAML) and is scoped per card — keyed to the card's switch / timer / sensor /
timer_and_entity_connected_via_automation setup — so other cards keep their own behaviour. Purely cosmetic edits (title, colours, labels) don't reset it.
