The first tagged release of cat-skills — 14 independent skills for building and designing with AI agents, distributed across 10 agent platforms.

New Skills

• scorched-earth (/scorched-earth) — obsessively thorough analysis in three modes: build (audit a codebase, every issue, no sampling), intake (extract everything from a URL or reference), and research (exhaustive investigation of a topic). For when the cost of missing something beats the cost of being slow. Pairs with /vet: Vet finds and fixes the real problems with judgment; Scorched Earth aims for certainty that nothing was missed.

Maintenance

• Reconciled marketplace.json to all 14 published skills (added the previously-missing adversary and eye).
• Re-synced platform distributions across all 10 targets.
• Established manual semantic-versioning convention — documented in CONTRIBUTING.
