First release.

Agent skills are directories with a SKILL.md in them, and every major harness
now reads the same format. What none of them agree on is where the directory
goes. This is four skills worth having, plus a small installer that puts them
wherever each harness expects.

npx github:catidegla/skillbelt add --all

Detects which harnesses are present and installs into each: Claude Code, Codex,
Cursor, Gemini CLI and Antigravity. No clone, no install step, no dependencies.
