v2.5.1 — Auto update-check + Add-a-Post improvements

What's new in 2.5.1:

• Auto update-check: the popup now checks GitHub every few days for a new version. If one exists, a green banner appears with a direct Download button. Dismissable per-version — stays quiet until an even newer release.
• Add a Post: clearer hint inviting users to add bookmarks and posts worth preserving.
• Zero new permissions: the update check uses the CSP connect-src allowlist (api.github.com added). No new chrome.permissions, no new host_permissions. Privacy surface unchanged.
