trim-1 v0.1.0

First release of trim-1: a 1.2 MB gradient-boosted tree model that keeps the lines of a context an AI agent needs for its current ask.

• Go package trim with the model embedded, standard library only.
• trim command: trim --query "why does the build fail" build.log
• Three settings: conservative, balanced (default), aggressive.
