• Evri now supports postcode-less rough tracking via the public tracking page.
• --postcode remains supported for fuller/detail tracking, but agents should not ask for it by default.
• Evri watch entries no longer require a postcode.
• Docs and agent contract updated to reflect the new behaviour.
