Fixes a critical backend crash introduced in 4.1.1 that could cause the Noctune backend to terminate during playback, leaving the application unable to communicate with it.

Also improves backend startup resilience.

Linux note: Linux builds are temporarily unavailable for this release because v4.1.2 was built and published manually from Windows. Tauri's Linux packages require a Linux build environment, and the usual CI release workflow was bypassed for this emergency fix.
