release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
fix: pass Vite base URL via env var instead of CLI arg
yarn 1.x does not reliably forward flags to the underlying script,
so --base was silently ignored and assets were built with base "/",
causing 404s when hosting at a sub-path like /fussel-demo/.
Set VITE_BASE_URL in the environment before the build and read it
in vite.config.js, falling back to "/" for local dev and tests.
