Start a new project

1. Click Use this template > Create a new repository
2. Confirm the new repository Owner, and give it a Name and an optional Description
3. Click Create repository from template
4. Confirm the Post-Create Setup action completed successfully
5. Click Use this template > Open in a codespace
6. Wait for the postCreate script to complete
