First minor release of the Imaging Source plugin. Config file creation is handled safely in both Windows and Linux. In Windows, the user will receive a pop-up window asking if they want to create the config file. In Linux, it will be created by default with no pop-up. The plugin is capable of handling arbitrary camera models, but it has only been tested on PL-B953U on Windows 10/11.
