Assist changers are here, but in deep beta

It has a bulky UI, you can change per team, so Ryu on team 1 can have shoryu while Ryu on team 2 can use tatsu

Capcom characters are 90% done, VJoe is being weird.

Tatsunoko hasn't been tested, but some work, use at your own risk.

Fixes are on the way. Speed and replacemetn fixes needed
