How to Use:
- Clone the repository
- Create a virtual environment and install dependencies
- Download the compressed data directory from https://zenodo.org/records/15086208
- Unzip the directory and transfer all directories to the
all_datadirectory in the cloned repository - Open the notebooks or run the scripts as needed.
