站点地图有变化时自动重新提交，网页内容更新后自动通知 Bing。

站点地图有新网址或网页更新时自动重新提交：每天刷新站点地图时，如果多了新网址、或者有网页的最后更新时间（lastmod）变新了，自动把已提交的站点地图重新提交给 Google 和 Bing，让它们早点来读取。Google 需要账号有提交权限
网页更新后重新提交给 Bing：读取站点地图里每个网址的 lastmod，变新了的网页即使已经收录也会自动提交给 Bing 重新抓取（每个网页提交一次，受每日配额限制），Google 那边一天内重新检查一次收录状态。一次有一大半网页同时变化时（常见于建站工具每次构建都改成当天），看作不可信，只重新提交站点地图，不逐个提交
网页索引列表里，最近 7 天有更新的网址带“有更新”标记；鼠标移到网址上可以看到站点地图里的更新时间

设置 → Google 集成、设置 → Bing Webmaster 各有一个“有新网址或网页更新时自动重新提交站点地图”开关，默认开启；网页索引的 Google 卡片也显示“自动提交”标记，和 Bing 一致
Google 卡片的“今天检查配额已用”挪到卡片里单独一行，标题行不再挤
站点列表：分组标签单独放在第三行；往下滚动时表头吸在页面顶部

Sitemaps are resubmitted automatically when they change, and updated pages are sent to Bing again.

Resubmit sitemaps when URLs are added or updated: when the daily sitemap refresh finds new URLs or a newer last-modified time (lastmod) on a page, your submitted sitemaps are resubmitted to Google and Bing so they're read again sooner. Google needs an account with submit permission
Updated pages are resubmitted to Bing: the lastmod of every sitemap URL is read; pages with a newer lastmod are submitted to Bing again even if already indexed (once per update, within the daily quota), and Google's indexing status is rechecked within a day. If more than half of the pages change at once (common when a site generator stamps every page with the build date), the dates are treated as unreliable and only the sitemap is resubmitted
In the Page indexing list, URLs updated in the last 7 days are marked "Updated"; hover a URL to see its last-modified time from the sitemap

Settings → Google integration and Settings → Bing Webmaster each have a "Resubmit sitemaps automatically when URLs are added or updated" switch, on by default; the Google card in Page indexing now shows an "Auto-submit" badge like Bing's
The Google card's daily inspection quota moved to its own line, so the header is no longer crowded
Sites list: group tags are on their own third line, and the table header sticks to the top of the page when you scroll
