Adds a bash self-update: chati --check-update compares your version to GitHub's latest release; chati --update updates the checkout with git pull (refuses on local changes, prints the tarball URL when not a git checkout). A once-a-day startup notice points at chati --update when a newer release is out (opt out with CHATI_NO_UPDATE_CHECK=1; target a fork with CHATI_REPO=owner/name). Numeric version compare. Also backfilled CHANGELOG for 1.29.1 and 1.30.0.
