Updates to statistics and figure style

acgc.stats.BivariateStatistics

• now includes standard deviations by default

acgc.figstyle

• New function deactivate_style undoes activate_style and restores Matplotlib style settings
• New function set_mathfont controls the font used within math expressions
• By default the math font is set to match regular text
