External LLM layer removed — llmProvider/llmModel config fields, LLM env vars (ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, GOOGLE_*, AWS_*, LLM_*), the runtime profiles audit command, and @langchain/*/@anthropic-ai/vertex-sdk deps are gone. Guardrail generation is fully agent-driven. AIRS scanner + management credentials unchanged.

~6x faster startup (≈0.4s → ≈0.06s): DLP generator loads lazily; sharp/pdf-lib/docx/piexifjs are now optionalDependencies; dist is a 5-file tsup bundle
Uniform output design system — one glyph/color per meaning across all command groups; --output json|yaml|csv is pipe-pure (status → stderr); standardized exit codes (0/1/2)
Flag standardization — --output = format, --output-file, --file, --limit/--offset, --force everywhere. Old spellings keep working through v3 with a stderr deprecation notice (removal in v4): see the Flag Migration guide

QoL: global --quiet, ls/rm aliases, help examples, interactive confirmation on destructive ops (--force bypasses)
