Correct empty latency responses

  • Pin the published SDK 0.23.0, fixing valid empty latency responses while preserving null period mean/percentiles in CLI JSON and YAML.
  • Add two failing-first public-command integration tests against the actual SDK dependency. All 1,035 tests and coverage gates pass; CI also passes lint, typecheck and documentation build.
  • Verify the packed CLI payload and three read-only live empty-window checks. No new traffic or key was created for this analytics check.
  • Correct telemetry examples to use the supported total_tokens group column and document the legacy cost command's rolling-window limitation.

No chart filter flags or realtime command are added. SDK direct AI Gateway coverage remains 138/242 (57.02%); existing provider/service/entitlement and WAN limitations remain disclosed. Publication does not certify every workflow or the original 99% target.
