v5.3.0 — Consistent report commands

Standardize HTML/Markdown environment deliverables on airs runtime report, airs redteam report, and airs aigateway report --workspace dev. Retain dashboard compatibility aliases and the existing redteam report scan workflow. SDK remains the already published 0.28.0.

Published to npm as latest. The globally installed CLI reports 5.3.0 and matches all seven independently packed payload files and 29 library exports.

Validation: 1,479 unit/integration tests; coverage gates; 14 release-contract tests; clean production audit; CLI and Docusaurus builds; 11/11 native DLP checks and 16/16 live read-only E2E checks against both the independently installed tarball and npm-installed CLI (Runtime 7, Red Team 4, AI Gateway 5). Credential files remain unchanged. No inference, scans or configuration mutations were run.

Actual npm-installed report output is deployed in the Gateway and Red Team Docusaurus examples, verified byte-for-byte in Chromium. See REPORT-NAMING-RELEASE-2026-09-08.md on main for evidence and the container workflow for architecture/alias status.
