v5.8.2 — Predefined pattern mapping

airs runtime dlp restore can now rescue predefined-catalog mismatches. Live cross-tenant migration showed predefined pattern catalogs are not uniform across tenants; previously a profile referencing a predefined pattern the destination lacks (or names differently) failed with no way through, because --pattern-map was only consulted for custom patterns. Explicit --pattern-map bindings now take precedence over predefined name resolution, and the missing-predefined error names the exact remedy. Mapped destination patterns are only referenced, never created. Re-reviewed under the AIRS Transfer Contract gate (9/10 PASS, no deductions).
