Updated spatial & sampling design approach:

  • Improved handling of total individual, including allowing values of zero
  • Allowed Lagrange search to include unconstrained alpha (0) when applicable
  • Altered search stopping criteria based on the precision of both alpha and the objective
  • Moved handling of discrete allocation into the pseudo-inverse of the derivative functions and passed f_discrete_alloc function
