1.4.1 - More reliable CLI and update flows

TideCode 1.4.1 improves CLI continuity, Windows update reliability, project switching, and Code Mode behavior.

  • Keeps CLI work running when the desktop app closes by leaving the shared run service independent from the desktop lifecycle.
  • Makes Windows updates close TideCode only after installation begins and uses the installer-native process handling path to avoid false "cannot be closed" failures.
  • Makes dropping an already-added project folder switch to that project instead of showing an error.
  • Improves terminal input, active-turn rendering, Code Mode tool-call repair, mutation reliability, and source-quality guidance.
  • Requires no manual migration or configuration changes.
