@cedarjs/vite gained peer dependencies pointing to other @cedarjs packages. This was the first time any of our packages had peer dependencies like that, and that was something our release tooling didn't handle properly, so earlier v5 releases still had @cedarjs/vite pointing to v4.2.0 peer dependencies. This is now fixed.
