• Added Rails 4 compatibility: counters are now read and written with where(...).first instead of the removed find(:first, :conditions => ...).
• Fixed define_counter_cache and update_counter_cache failing when the model's table does not exist yet, such as during rake db:migrate (#2, thanks @panasyuk).
• Fixed define_counter_cache not detecting an existing column when the counter name was given as a symbol.
