Improvements

• Modernized the whole interface with a refined theme, including the main navigation menu and the about pages.
• The home page now paginates the article list with infinite scroll.
• Feeds within a category are now sorted by their number of unread articles.
• Constrained the width of expanded article content and media for better readability.
• The HTML sanitizer now allows structural and media tags while stripping unknown tags, and the Content Security Policy allows inline media from any HTTPS origin.
• Added a resanitize_articles command to re-clean stored article HTML.
• push_sighting_to_vulnerability_lookup now uses the content of the article when creating sightings.
• Updated the translation catalog and added French translations.

Fixes

• Made article titles visible in the dark theme.
• The development server output (werkzeug banner, request logs and reloader messages) is now visible on the console when running in debug mode.
