Cable Vlinker Fs V2 Vgate

Hello, is it normal that ddt4all can't connect to my Vlinker FS V2 Vgate cable (Original version)?

Note:
I haven't installed the DDT 2000 database or connected the cable to the vehicle.
The cable works fine with Renolink.

It seems only ATZ is checked to see if it's an Elm327, some (including mine) do not reply with Elm327 on the ATZ command and instead reply with the ATI command.

My Elm327 also only replies using a 500k baudrate (genuine FTDI with PIC18F25K80) which was simple to get to work in older python2 versions of ddt4all and the earlier python3 versions, as I just changed the elm detection to not in "ELM" but this doesn't work with V3.1.2 Obsidian asterion, doing this causes ddt4all to hang on opening.

Strange, I have an original vlinker fs v2 and that works with ddt4all (except the can2 on my meg 3) but doesn't work with Renolink.

Am I correct in thinking that my original vlinker fs v2 should actually work with can2 (megane 3) ?

If you reroute the Ford CAN2 to the Renault CAN2 pins within the interface, your vLinker FS USB can utilize the software-based switching between the two integrated CAN modules.

Ahh ok, I misunderstood this, I thought it could auto switch to the Renualt CAN2.

I do not want to loose the Ford CAN2 (MS-CAN) as I use the cable for my sons car.
