The Spanish localization contained raw machine-translation errors where
country names were translated as common nouns: China appeared as
"Porcelana" (porcelain), Turkey as "Pavo" (the bird) and Togo as
"Para llevar" (to-go). Isle of Man, Jordan, Guyana, Libya, French
Polynesia and Iran were also mistranslated.
This commit also fixes Spanish spelling (Ascensión, Benín, Feroe,
Yibuti, Catar, Suazilandia, Kazajistán, Botsuana, Malaui, Palaos),
uses the common Spanish exonyms (Corea del Norte/Sur, Macedonia del
Norte, Timor Oriental, Palestina, Islas Malvinas) and drops the awkward
ISO-style comma forms ("Bolivia, Estado Plurinacional de" -> "Bolivia").
Both l10n/es.arb and the generated Dart localization were updated.
