* Resolve phone_form_field 12.0.1 from pub.dev

phone_form_field 12.0.1 is published, so this package no longer needs the sibling checkout it was developed against.

- Drop the dependency_overrides that pointed at ../phone_form_field, in both pubspec.yaml and example/pubspec.yaml.

- Drop the sibling checkout steps from tests.yml and deploy_demo.yml.

- Refresh example/pubspec.lock: phone_form_field is now hosted 12.0.1 (material_ui 1.5.0, circle_flags 7.0.0, phone_numbers_parser 9.0.28).

* Fix README development instructions

The dependency_overrides and the sibling checkout are gone now that 12.0.1 is on pub.dev; describe the normal setup and keep the override documented as the temporary lockstep development trick.
