Fixes temperature sensor metadata for FoxESS variables so Home Assistant creates them as temperature entities.\n\n- Normalize FoxESS Celsius units including ℃ and °C to Home Assistant's °C unit.\n- Infer Celsius metadata for temperature variable names when the runtime unit is missing.\n- Add regression coverage for temperature unit mapping.
