Embed Support for Messages

• Added embed support to the send_message tool with use_embed, embed_title, and embed_color parameters
• Welcome messages now use embeds by default for better visual presentation

Improved Welcome Message Channel Linking

• Fixed channel linking in welcome messages to properly display clickable channel mentions
• Added automatic channel detection by name (handles emojis and special characters)
• Support for {channel:channelname} placeholder format
• Automatic fixing of broken "#unknown" channel mentions based on context
• Welcome messages now correctly link to rules, general, showcase, and suggestions channels
