DNS Hop v2.4.2

New resolvers

• FDN (French Data Network) — the association runs these open recursive resolvers explicitly to counter internet censorship. All endpoints are now covered: IPv4 80.67.169.12 / 80.67.169.40, IPv6 2001:910:800::12 / 2001:910:800::40, DNS-over-HTTPS on ns0/ns1.fdn.fr, and DNS-over-TLS on both hosts.

  FDN previously appeared in the resolver metadata but had no endpoints defined, so it was never actually benchmarked. It is now tested like any other provider, and FDN hostnames and address ranges are recognised by provider auto-detection.
