Update stub file path for module policies, resources, and actions

The file paths for retrieving the stubs in the CreateNovaModulePolicy, CreateNovaModuleResource, and CreateNovaModuleAction commands were corrected. The basePath method is now being directly called instead of referring to the package property, fixing the issue in locating the stubs.
