While verifying Bugzilla #2014304 I noticed the upgrade docs still state
that the rolling-update playbook does not support the --limit flag. It
now does, so this patch updates the note in
docs/source/day-2/upgrade.rst to reflect that, and adds an example:
ansible-playbook -vv -i hosts infrastructure-playbooks/rolling_update.yml
--limit mon1 --tags=mons
